Hello, Everyone! How are you all doing? :-) Today, I've come up with a cute and exciting make up look ( summer inspired of course! ) to pair with the weather! I took my inspiration with the hues of the ocean and skies of the summer season. Keeping it simple and light like a real dalagang pilipina! Let's get on to the make up look!

I've already had a head start and went ahead to put my foundation and brows ( comment down below if you guys want to see a foundation and or brow routine ) So I first applied my eyelid primer, this step is totally optional. Basically it's for our eyeshadows to stay on place for the rest of the day. Diba?para you're still bongga Till later! :-) Then I went ahead and used my eyeshadow from etude house called ; caramel latte  

I applied this lightly on my crease just to deepen it a little bit with a big fluffy blending brush and developed the colour as to my liking. 

Next, I took a basic white eyeshadow, the one I used is from benefit cosmetics just to add a wash of colour and for the tortoise to pop more later 

I applied this with dabbing motions on my lid with a flat shader brush 

And now for the fun stuff. I took my maybelline color tatto in : tenacious teal

I used my color tattoo as an eyeliner and I used an angled eyeliner brush to put my eyeliner on and had a cat eye because if you know me Winged Eyeliner cannot be avoided with any of my make up looks. I'm literally the QUEEN of EYELINERS ♕

And so lastly for the lips, I went ahead and did a little spin to it so for my lips I applied this cute nude/coral lipstick from maybelline in NU37 😘 

I just swiped one layer of of this lipstick 

Next, I blotted it off with a tissue 

Now since it's summer I wanted to make my lips cute and glowy so I decided to use my etude house eyeshadow in shimmering rose gold scarf 

I applied this on the middle of my lips to fake that "Kylier Jenner Lip" that as we all know is the trend right now

Hello, Everyone! Guess who's back? :-) YAAASSS! Yabbie here! So Today, I thought It would be nice for me to finally get back to blogging, yes I know it's been such a long time and there's a ton of things that happened but with no further adieu here goes this blogpost!!!

After : PLATINUM  ϟ BLONDE 

Alright, First of all. WHAAAAT?! :O you guys were probably thinking "yooooo yabbie/yabsters/AJ whut the heeeeyl u did to yowww hair gurl?!" Okay, you guys :)) I get it it's a bit out there! ( lol not really more like alot... like alot out there ) But to give it justice, it's summer! ☼ No more Rules, No More school! ✌ I've been trying to channel my inner (weirdo) self and I thought that having a change to my appearance would make me legit the happiest kid alive! :-) aaaand so that's how I got to being platinum blonde! 

 So, what gives? Why did I decide to go platinum blonde? not regular taylor swift blonde? why did I choose the life of being a real live elsa and "let it go", you ask? it all started with my hero aka inspiration : AMY PHAM  

She slays and serves as an inspiration not only to me but also with many more people out there, she is one of my spirit animals ♕ she's a DJ/HOST/ACTRESS/MODEL and most importantly she's one of the kindest, down to earth people ever! Her courage to go blonde pushed me to be brave enough to take the risk and leap of faith :-) I've had my fair share of cons growing up from a very conservative community and rocking this hair style means to be the head turner everywhere! Lots of judgements and Criticism you know they're going to talk about, I've learned to brush that off because having to go blonde means I've won over anyone who thinks i'm crazy for expressing myself #holla ✌ #fierce #SLAAAY 

However, as anticipated "BEAUTY IS PAIN" or in tagalog "TIIS GANDA, TEH!" would you guys believe it actually took me 10 hours at the salon to go from "☼ Brunette To Blonde ☼" crazy, isn't it? Specially if you're someone like me who loves fast food and has Zero patience when it comes to things. Although, I have to say it really was worth it! 

THE PROCESS : 

‣ 9am : I woke up lykk diss 

- looked myself at the mirror and thought "this is the last time i'm gonna see myself with brown hair" *prayed to the lord for it not to get too damaged and talked to my hair for it not to get ""tampo"" hehe" 

- took a shower, got dressed and boom we're off to the salon! 

‣ 10:30 am : 

- My driver ( kuya gerry) Dropped me off infront of bread talk at glorietta 4 

- went to mochi cafe to get my daily dose of *matcha cafe* *take a big sigh and says to self "lezzz do this" 

‣ 11:00 am : 

- I finally walked to the bench fix salon, located at glorietta 3 infront of the bench skin expert ( where I usually get my facials ) and got to talk to my hair stylist and sold my soul to the heaven wishing I would rock being a blonde! 

They started off by sectioning my hair for an easy and even application of bleach, they applied the first layer of bleach from the bottom part up to the crown because they say that the bleach tends to develop slower in those areas.  After about 45 mins, there was a bit of change but not as close to what we wanted we had to add another layer of  bleach it took about 1 hour and 30 mins till they decided we'd have to wrap my hair and put it under a steamer and so they did that after 45 mins to an hour they let it cool for 5 mins rinsed - blow dried - bleach my hair once more this time they did the exact same process but it took longer instead of 45 mins it took about an hour and a half  then they did it for the last time for it to get to the colour we wanted or as my hair stylist calls it "pale yellow" which looks something like this....

But the pain or the "tiis ganda!" moment was not yet over! we still had to put a layer of hair colour to achieve the platinum blonde! 

( that's not my arms ok but we picked the middle shade ) 

And so it took an extra 1 hour to get going from "pale yellow-blonde" to "platinum blonde" it took me so long to sit on the chair, rinse my hair, then blow dry it again I was hungry and tried and impatient luckily My bestfriend Mikee  went to the salon and brought me McDo thanks, bhie!!!

She was the first person to see my hair, I remember group chatting with the queens ♕ ( mikee, inah and jen )(shout out to my bffs hollaa gurls) not telling ANYONE and I mean not even my closest friends and family ( except for anhya ) about my new hair! when I got home my yaya even went up to me and pulled my hair cause she thought It was a wig ._. 

After I got my hair Platinum blonde my hair stylist, then suggested for me to get a hair treatment ( I forgot what it's called sorry ) but then it took another 30 mins for my hair to soak in all the nutrients it had to drink up because let's face it my hair got pretty damaged from all the chemicals

One last push till we finally get this done! The last and finally step was to dry and style my hair!

Thoughts On ; Etude House Perfect Brow Kit

Hello guys! Welcome to another review/demo/thoughts on! :) Today, we're going to tackle one of my main concerns which are the eyebrows so as you all know, I'm a high school student, therefore I'm not really allowed to wear make up in school, but we all know there are days where I'd like to glam up a bit for that boy across the hall! :"> haha ;) lol. So if you watched my video on YouTube 

I showed to brow products which is the Etude House Drawing Eyebrow Pencil & Etude House Perfect Brow kit the product that I will be including in this review will be the brow kit but please stay tuned for my review on the brow pencil soon!  So let's get started!  

 So here's what the packaging looks like

First of all, Let's all have a moment of silence and just adore this cute packaging!  Most brow powders or kits won't even have this much on the front of their packaging it's usually pain and boring I know, Packaging drives me insane! Sometimes I even buy things only because of how it looks like :-$ eek! bad habit! haha. But This brow set is really worth your money, why? 

It's complete! Nothing else you need to throw in another brow product to your make up bag except maybe some brow gel or something but because this is all that you need it has the brow spooly and another brush that has an flat angled side and a fluffy side. I use this kit almost everyday and it's given me wonders since then!  

Swatches 

  The swatches shown are in the exact same order as the one in the packaging so it's (L-R) Highlight, Brown brow powder then Dark brow powder. I used the brush included in the kit to swatch this at the back of my hand it's fairly pigmented which is great because while having to fill in your brows you don't really need to pick up so much color to your brush so that it won't be too concentrated

Fierce, I know. Haha! Although my eyebrows are well groomed it's still better to fill them in so that you'll look more up done!

Doesn't it look better? having it look more well groomed and "Sophisticated" looking? :) However there are so many eye brow shapes but we're not going to tackle that in this blog because that would be too much!

I'm Back!

Hi guys! so.. Finally I'm back,alive and kicking! :D did you guys miss yabbie? :)) Lol. Anyways, I'm sorry for not posting for about atleast, 2 weeks? :( Not that I need to make excuses but I had my Long Tests and Sabayan Pagbigkas and I had to lead my class :) 
However, I cannot thank you guys enough! for the continouse request of me to post more on my blog. But, I am a student which means, I don't have all the time in the world to blog :( I am so sorry if I have disappointed some of you I can never promise to post on a daily basis as my schedule can be really tight sometimes :( but what I can promise is to post whenever I can, you guys mean the world to me and I appreciate the effort to check my blog almost everyday to see if I have a new entry. Thank you so so much :)

Enough with the small talk! I have a very special announcement! today I released my youtube channel and my first video ever! :D 

I admit I was super afraid of posting on Youtube, specially because... I'm not a pro :)) and I tend to be really shy.... Sometimes? :) but then I realized nothing's going to happen if I don't work for my dreams to come true, nothing's gonna grow if I don't plant anything on my pot. So here I am, asking your help in reaching my dream! Please subscribe to my channel! I'm just one of those girls, who's dream is big. To be a freelance make-up artist in the future! It's not about gaining fame in the future, it's about having passion on what I'm doing, I wanna show the world how it's possible for me to dream big and make it come true. I wanna show the people out there, that no matter if I'm young I can achieve my dreams.

7/12/13 Girls Day Out!

Hi guys! Welcome to vanityenthusiast! :) Today I will have an unusual blog. I dont normaly Make a personal post on my blog but This day was UNEXCEPTIONAL and amazing! Let me take you to what happened to me :D

This you guys a photo taken on that very fine day, went out with friends that day and it was such a hassle and yet so worth every single foot step we made. School-Bonifacio Highstreet-World Trade Center-Greenbelt. Yup! it was about 7 or 8pm when I got home consider the fact that we only had a half day in school :)) so it was around 12pm when we got dismissed from school, upon being dismissed my friends already decided to change into civilian clothes because we had a whole day ahead of us! However, I recieved a miscall from my kuya. Being the thoughtful kuya that I know he is, he was just probably checking up on me. Then my dad called, "Beh, ano gusto mong ipadalang damit? nag palit kasi kami ng kuya mo ng kotse eh" and me screamed "omg, no dad i'll get it na lang from his office" conyo I know. haha. As much as i'd love to just ask my driver to bring me a new set of clothes I really planned this outfit to impress someone I wanted to meet for the very first time ;) 

And so we went to get my clothes from my kuya's office, a shout out to kuya mark my brother's intern to giving me my bag :D So yeah I dressed up in the comfort room of highstreet and then rushed to go to world trade center to be at the Super Sale Bazaar :) I did my make up on the car! I was used to it but my friends were just shocked and amaze at how my make up turned out once we've stepped out of the car. We bought our entrances and then there she was standing in a crowded place 

Ms. Say Tioco! <3 One of the best make up guru and beauty blogger in the ph! Can't believe I've finally met the girl i've been watching in youtube for the past 2 years... Gosh she's gorgerous She even included me in her vlog! It was magical I wanted to chit chat with her more But I hated to keep my friends waiting :( 

Here we go everybody, the moment of truth. What are my purchases for the day! <3 ahehehe mind you, my friend aly took my wallet every now and then to make sure I dont buy too much things :)) hehe but here's what I bought 

Surprisingly I only bought 8 items in which 5 of them are accesorise! :)) Cross bracelets yes I know, I love cross signs I bought one of these bracelets to have a group bracelet with my girls thats why but the rest was just my addiction kicking in! ahaha A tiger badazelled ish kind of necklace, A pair of aztec shorts And yes you guys I finally have the u.s version of the baby lips in the color 20 grape vine and the rocket mascara! <3 wieeee. hooray for new stuffs! 

And after around 4:30 we headed back to makati, landed to greenbelt and then bayem had so much fun with my friends! :) I hope you liked today's post stay in the look out for more! Have a great day and God Bless you all! <3

My Night Skin Care Routine!

Hello everyone! And welcome again to my blog! :) Today, I'd like to discuss about my night skin care routine. Now, as for the nth time telling you guys that I am only 15 years old, it is also very important to maintain my skin fresh and youthful. Now let me take you to my night skin care routine then! :) 

Let's get started!

Step.1 - Taking off my make-up 
Since, I've worn make-up at the start of my day I thought that it would be appropriate for me to remove it too at the end of the night. I use these 2 items Pond's Cucumber Cleanser & Pond's Cold Cream Cleanser which can be both bought at S&R. I'm not going to go into futther detail in on the 2 products but I definately use them both however the cold cream is a tad bit thicker than the regular cleanser. I dot this all over my face  and spread it out and then later on remove the product with a wet wipe the one I use is the giggles baby wipes Its really really affordable and it truly works magic! 

Step 2. Cleanse 
So guys, The facial wash that I am currently using is the Garnier Pure Active Multi-Action Scrub. I've been using this for almost 2 or 3 months already. Having combination dry to oily skin is commonly the problem of other girls at my age. However, for me this facial scrub fulfills it's job keeping my face fresh and acne free :) 

Step 3. Tone 
Taking into consideration again, that I am only at 2nd year highschool. Having to use a facial toner brought some of us to the conclusion that it is for older people around 18 years old and above but to tell you honestly all you need is to find a good and alcohol-Free toner. I use the Celeteque Non drying alcohol-free toner every night and you can tell right of the bat that there will be a big difference in your night routine upon using a toner. 

Step 4. Moisturize 
Having your skin Moisturized is a big Yes in my vocabulary. After having a sweaty day, you have to give your skin some rest and just let your skin be pampered before you ever retire to sleep. I use the genes Vtamin E Cream Swiss Collagen Complez Moisturizing Cream and wow that is a mouthful just put on some chapstick and you're good to go now 

Acne Treatments 
 I tend to reach out for both Garnier Pure Active Multi-Action Toner and Benzol Peroxide Benzac 5% Whenever I get break-outs which is usually after my period, because of the toxins our body wants to flush out. Plus having to be a highschooler with combination dry to oil skin ++ being acne prone I do have to make sure to have my remedys on hand. That's it! you've reached the end of my blog!
